Forrest is a long, versatile, athletic power forward who can shoot the ball at a high level....He shoots a good percentage from both inside and outside the arc....Has great length to shoot over defenders and is very physical in the paint....Rebounds the ball well and plays the game with intensity....Has solid fundamentals and good basketball IQ...Manages to read the game well...Has good timing for blocking shots...Defensively, Forrest uses his length(7'1'/2.15m wingspan) and athleticism to be an impact defender.....Had to skip the last season because of some family medical issues (his daughter was badly affected by COVID) and he is now ready to roll and work hard...He is looking forward to the new challenge in his career....Hungry for the opportunity and the game....
